Blood flow circulation low. Suggestion needed.

Food is the 1st culprit.

- Number one is oil: 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil slows your blood flow for 10 hours.

- Any saturated fat is also making your blood sluggish and damages the linen of your arteries.
