Sacked court chief takes his case to NACC
The Nation

BANGKOK: -- Former Supreme Administrative Court president Hassavut Vititviriyakul Friday filed a complaint with the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) against the Administrative Court's judicial commission for having unlawfully dismissed him.

He met with NACC chairman Panthep Klanarongran for about an hour, and denied that he had committed malfeasance in seeking the promotion of a police officer.

He said there was no evidence to prove that he was guilty but the commission decided otherwise, accusing him of failing to protect the dignity of his position as well as of the organisation. He called on the NACC to investigate the commission and other concerned parties.

"We are a democratic country where the rule of law is adhered to, not individuals' judgements," said Hassavut.

Hassavut submitted his complaint along with other documents to prove the judgement made by the court's commission was not supported by evidence. He also included documents involving the interrogation of those involved that confirmed he had no part in it, he said.

We were just following orders!

Thank God for the NACC.

One can be assured in todays Thailand that blood will not be poured onto the front steps of the court if the decision goes against a certain agenda.

Thank God for a (EDIT - reform leading to) return to democracy in that case.

God is not listening to you. You must be on his ignore list or in your case, his ignorant list.

On the 6th day God created man, he went to the pub to celebrate, had a few too many and created djjamie. He woke up on the 7th and said <deleted> have I done, I'm having today off.

'to protect the dignity of his position as well as of the organisation.' Hmmn.
