I have got an Epson Printer and bought refilled cartridges on Ebay as they were cheaper. I have done this before with other printers and there has never been a problem. The Epson printer returned an error messge stating it would only accept genuine cartridges. Anyone else had this problem???

Many times I've had this problem. Sometimes you can get around it, sometimes you can't have have to buy a new cartridge. As mentioned above, google your exact printer model along with something like cartridge does not work, and you'll find dozens of helpful answers.
