You could try and do it yourself, the procedure id detailed on the Thai Embassy website, albeit the one in the UK: http://www.thaiembassyuk.org.uk/?q=node/562

The direct contact information for the Royal Thai Police in Bangkok is outlined here, http://www.pcscenter.sb.police.go.th/eng/ and whilst that gives a link for the service, it appears not to work.
