Renovations on Soi Lengkee

Walking past this morning I seen two shop houses under going serious renovations. Everything inside has been stripped and looks like they've even moved/knocked down walls.

Wonder what's going in there?

I just hope it's a new bar , agogo or rub and tug shop. You can never have enough of a good thing.

It's a Catholic pancake restaurant - competing with that Franciscan restaurant The Jolly Friar. To be called The Vatipan.

Maybe a bit small for a whole golf club so cut it down from 18 holes to may be 9 , nah still too big.

I got it a 3 holer.

Do you mean Le Katai golf? Still running golf trips but no idea what they are doing with the bar. There was a for rent sign hanging up the other day but did not see it yesterday?

Yes, Le Katai golf club. Now has been stripped and last night had a big pile of sand and stone outside.

Starting to look like it might be some sort of bar. Looks like they have done a lot of work to his place. Have seen them knocking down and building new walls.

It's a new bar called 'Shanghai'. They had just opened when I was leaving Pattaya in early December. Maybe some TV members have had a drink there and can give an appraisal of the place.
