Hi,

Could anyone please explain me how the new visa rules affect the tourist visa ? If I get a tourist visa now, I will be able to stay in Thailand till early January 2007. What about if I want to stay longer ? Can I still get another visa or do I need to leave and not come back before 90 days ?

Any clarification is very much appreciated, thank you. :o

You should be able to use tourist visa as normal and use entry without visa up to the 90 day limit. Only the entry without visa (30 day stay) is being counted toward the 90 days per six month.
