New projects in Ubon city proper

I was flying out of Ubon two days ago and missed my flight due to being involved in a traffic accident a few minutes from the airport. Luckily the uninsured, unlicensed girls on their bike without helmets weren't seriously injured when they drove into us and fell over.

Anyway we did miss our flight and had some time to look around at a few of the various new villa projects being built; Anantara Lakeview, The River, and whatever the one right next to Central Plaza is called.

I took brochures from all of them and asked a bunch of questions, I will scan and post them here week when I am back in Isaan.

Meanwhile I was wondering if anyone has a better idea than me of which projects are currently being built?

I realize they may seem overpriced but everything as always is relative. Where some don't find value others do and vice versa.

I will go check out more projects next week but it would be great to get more info from other members too such as: name of development, location, price and size range, name and reputation of developer. Thank you in advance.
