Khon Kaen - Looking for a realtor to sell house!

I do hope this thread is placed in the correct section otherwise plse feel fee to move it. I am posting for the sake of a close friend, having a house up in Khon Kaen, that he must sell when now moving on himself southbound.

My question is? Are there anybody amongst you readers that have a good realtor, who speaks decent english, that is somewhat tustworthy, that we can contact in order to get help to sell this house.

I would appreciate very much if you guys could help out with a realtor.
