Can't connect through VPN

As of this afternoon I can not connect through my VPN's

I have 2 Vpn's and can not connect through either of them.I am with 3BB but have checked with friends and they ca not connect through TOT either.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem.I live in the south

3BB Chiang Mai, VPN connected to US west coast and no issues. Where is your VPN server located?

//edit - just tried my 2nd VPN and it also works fine.

What WAN IP address is 3BB issuing your Router?

if it's being issued an Internet-facing IP address in the Private Address range listed below then 3BB may have converted your account over to Carrier Grade - NAT and your VPN software doesn't work well with it. If this is the case, just call them up.

Reserved IP addresses

Used for communications between a service provider and its subscribers when using a Carrier-grade NAT

10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255

100.64.0.0 – 100.127.255.255
