Uber taxi service in CM?

Uber was an awesome alternative to the "grunge service" provided by most taxis in Bangkok.

Is Uber established in CM yet?

I would think that they will be hot on the heels of the Chinese influx!

I see TaxiMeter, the blue and yellow cars, are quoting 150baht anywhere in CM up to the 3rd ring road! That's pretty good!

Uber are famous for ripping off passengers in BKK. Not sure if that would be a welcome addition to CNX Taxi Mafia, but certainly they would blend in well.

In what way.. My experiences with uber have been great, and I would expect the dispute claims processing to be very customer centric as they just wont pay the driver.

Not banned. Not a rip off. I use Uber X and Uber Black daily in Bangkok. Its miles beyond all other options.
