When all else fails grab yourself a copy of "Citylife Chiangmai" (if you can lay your hands on one)

The October issue on page 79 carries an advertisement for "Language Corner" who are located at 100/18 Huay Kaew Road.

They provide translation services in 10 languages (at least that is what the ad says)

AUA also does translations.

It is also important to remember that "if" the document (the translation) has to have any legal standing the translation must be down by a "qualified" person and bear their stamp.
