Previous Visa In Other Passport

Featured Replies

Hello again

as you probably can tell my gf is applying for a uk tourist visa and thanks again for your support with previous threads

she visited the uk about 18 months ago with her father but her visa was in her other (phillipine) passport, as she has been here before and did not overstay will this help her application?

she is this time however applying with her thai passport as she is currntly living there, can they check this out in bangkok as i would think being a good girl last time would put her in good stead for visiting again??

It asks on the visa application form whether the applicant has previously visited the UK, to which you girlfriend should answer yes. She can then submit her Philippines passport as evidence of this.

Scouse.

philly ones been stolen can they check on a database??

thanks

Yes, but it involves contacting the Home Office, and they are unlikely to volutarily assist in establishing the applicant's case. It is for the applicant to provide the evidence to satisfy the visa officer.

Scouse.

You should mention it anyway, with a note to say the passport has been stolen and a copy of the police report.
