BANGKOK, 23 December 2015 (NNT) -- The Prime Minister is set to visit Songkhla Province to follow up on projects that were initiated on hisorder, while government officials will visit local areas more frequently, according to a spokesman.

Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha is scheduled to lead a delegate of officials on an official visit to Songkhla Province, to follow up onthe progress civil-state policy projects.

The PM said that he will be observing the progress the Rubber City project, and the operations at the Thailand-Malaysia border crossing facility at Ban Prakop, Songkhla Province. He will also be receiving reports on accomplishments from officials in the area, as well as inputs onissues and disbursement.

The Prime Minister’s Office Spokesman Maj Gen Sensern Kaewkamnert has revealed the Prime Minister’s remarked during the Cabinet’s meeting, saying the Cabinet will be arranging visits to local areas more frequently during 2016-2017, in order to follow up on projects initiated fromthe government's policies.

Saw the headlines and I thought he was indeed a brave man until I read that his stop is in Songkla. Just like Prawit who decide to hold meeting on the restive south problems in Hatyai. Not brave hearts of military men less generals.
