this location is not so bad because thepprasit road is in developement .

a foodland will be soon just close of this condo . there is a huge market at the opposite . i don t talk about the ladyboys market of course ( coliseum)

walking street is at 8 minutes by motorbike via kopai and indian temple (5 mn by night).

there is now a few songteo but more in the future .

Rooms are too small and it's too far from sea. For the price of one room there you can buy 2 at Viewtalay 1, older building but no surprise, no problem, and still clean after 15 years, which we are not sure about any new condo...
