khunPer Posted December 29, 2015 Share Posted December 29, 2015 I¨m not sure you will be very popular arriving at 3pm, but some days they have finished their work early and it's possible to arrive late, if all paperwork is done and correct; other days they are very busy, and now it's peak-season, so there may be crowded.
