How to Change messages quota right now I can only have one if I use it then I can not receive a message

Just how many PMs do you have?

The system allows you 10,000 active messages.

If you've exceeded this then you can delete messages you no longer require to reduce the number against allocated quota. But usually no-one has 10,000 active messages and a system glitch is responsible for the limit.

If this is the case then just email support (at) thaivisa.com and ask them to look into if for you. An email request will be acted on faster, and since your PM box is compromised will work better for exchange of any required communications.

We've had other users stuck with crazy small message quotas, no idea what goes wrong but please email support[at]thaivisa.com and they'll get it sorted.
