Anyone heard about Sukaa Place, located behind Asia Hotel along Phayatai in Petchburi? I'm thinking of getting a 1 BR there. I'm not in the country now, but moving to Bangers in 2 weeks time. I've walked past the apartment and really like the location. Within walking distance from my future office. Budget fits according to online sources. But I need some insider intel. Can anyone help?
