There is none. If he had denied the holocaust, he would have been easily convicted for this in France. He has not been convicted for this.

IF the Israeli Ambassador, or any foreign ambassador, had attempted to "order" or "impose" or even "insist", then this whole discussion of "jurisdiction" might have some marginal relevance. But he merely made a "request". Anybody can "request" anything, and more often than not that's how things work when it comes to the diplomatic community. Nothing remotely "judicial" about it. If you want to natter about "jurisdiction", then address those that actually MADE the decision to honor the request.
