So it would seem that the seller would need to sign and or provide.

  • The vehicle transfer form
  • The power of attorney form
  • copy of passport photo page
  • copy of exit stamp in passport
  • copy of TM 6 departure card
  • green book should be signed by seller too but may get away with not having it.

Any thing else ???????????
