Prime time appointment service at Bangkok office

Hello TV members. Can somebody give me some advice on using the Saturday morning service? I have booked 3 appointments for my wife and 2 children on a Saturday and I have already paid the visa fee of $131. I know there is a extra fee for using this service, i think its £50. Do we pay on the day at the office or should i be paying online? The visa application forms said to pay beforehand but when i go to the vfsglobal site it says to pay on the day. Anybody had a Saturday appointment? Thanks TV

I assume you are making a UK application and so using the UK visa application centre.

The visa fee itself must be paid online when you submit the online application.

Extra, user pay services offered by VFS are not included in this, and you pay them when you attend their office or by using the payment form linked to on that page..

Prime time appointment service

If it is inconvenient for you to attend an appointment at the visa application centre during the regular opening hours of Monday to Friday 08:30 – 12:00, you can schedule a Prime time appointment on a Saturday for an additional charge of £50. To avail this service, please select the prime time option when scheduling an appointment online and pay the £50 Baht fee in cash when you attend the visa application centre.

"£50baht" is an obvious typo; but whether the fee is £50 or 50baht I can't say.

Considering the fees for their other services, I wouldn't be surprised if it's £50.

Yeah it's £50 and you pay it in cash when you're there (in baht). I know from experience because we had a Saturday appointment and I didn't realise we hadn't paid for it yet until my husband came running out in a panic asking if I had any money on me
