download a visa form from the High Commision of India web site, Thailand, follow the instructions. I dont think you can use an agent, you have to do it yourself.

Thanks for responding!

I have done it many times myself

and already have a supply of the Forms

So I know :

1) It wastes 2 days - 1 to submit the Application

and a second day to collect it 5 days later>

2) That many Agents come with handfuls of applications

To avoid 2 wasted days I was hoping that someone

could recommend a Reliable Agent

Go to any travel agent in the Khaosan road area ... Your Indian visa will take 5 working days to process and cost around 2300-2500Baht depending on the travel agents commission.
