I am a filipina, living and working here in thailand for half a year. i also have work permit aleady. i have a boyfriend, he is from new york. and he visited me here in thailand twice already. he wants us to get married to the US. i just wanna ask, where am i going to get the fiance visa requirements? will i get from the philippines? or here in thailand? thank you for your reply, appreciate it :)

or if we will get married here in thailand, is it possible? i mean i am not a thai. :)

It is your fiancee in the U.S. who must file the paperwork, documents, etc, with USCIS, in the USA.

Here in Thailand, you won't have to do much of anything until USCIS in the USA approves the petition for a fiancee visa and sends the approval to the consulate here in Bangkok. They will, then, send you a package (Package 3, I think it is) with a number of forms for you to fill out.
