October 23, 200619 yr I'm planing on traveling to Vietnam with my Thai girlfriend, (i'm English), on Wensday for a holiday and was wondering if anyone has any information on getting a visa on arrival. We will be entering Vietnam through Hanoi Airport. From what i have read so far we will be able to gain a visa on arrival at Hanoi Airport which will be valid for thirty days when we pass through immagration. Can anyone confirm this for me please?
October 23, 200619 yr i'm confident you can - just bring plenty of dollars! only few western countries qualifies for free VOA among them scandinavia. I'm quite sure thais does get visa free entry as well check out the airlines visa tool: http://www.klm.com/travel/travel_en/travel...ic/visaform.htm
October 23, 200619 yr You need to get your visa before travelling, as there is a consulate in Thailand....in Wireless Road, next to Verasu. They will fast track it for additional fee, (about THB2000, I think).
