Dear Learned group.

Our son (Russian National) has his education visa in Thailand and will be attending Uni in Rotterdam. The university requires a Residency certificate. We can get one easy enough at Jomtien Immigration. My question is, where would we need to go to get the Residency Certificate translated into English with proper attestation so he can submit this to the University for the Dutch Immigration.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any translation agency will do the translation for you; sorry but I am not in a position to recommend any particular one.

For a Schengen visa you will then need to have the translation certified at the MFA in Bangkok.

Not sure if you can do this by post, but I believe the translation agency can go on your behalf; for a fee, of course.
