I need one of the following for a stomach issue:

Domperidone (Motilium, Motillium, Brulium, Molax)

Ondansetron (Zofran)

Metoclopramide (Maxalon, Pramin, Paspertin, Reglan)

I went to the pharmacy at the hospital two blocks off the beach and asked if I they had any of these, but the lady (who didn't speak much English) told me I should go to a pharmacy outside the hospital.

I checked with a few of the tiny pharmacies that are everywhere, but I don't think these are very common drugs. Are there any large pharmacies in Patong Beach I can try?

Motilium you can find in 7-11. The others are in the pharmacy for sure.

But in Phuket town

In the street that leads down from the hospital to 2nd Rd there is a Fascino pharmacy. They speak English and are good.
