Internet connection to BBC iPlayer,ITV hub, what's up?

For the last 3 days I have had problems with BBC iPlayer,ITV HUB, and some other streaming sites,

the pages are downloading in bytes and if lucky 3-15 Kbs, the strange thing is Filmon streaming is

working well no buffering at all,

I am supposed to have 35GB /5 GB, and they just gave me a free upgrade from 25/3, I know these

are just numbers they pull out of the air,and mean nothing in the real world, i have phoned TOT up,

(i am on TOT fiber 2U), they just give the stock answer, " turn the router off for 10 mins".which does

not improve anything at all.

So any of you having problems ?, is it snapped undersea cable,Great firewall of Thailand, or just

TOT throttling streaming sites.its back to the days of dial up speeds.

No problems here in Phuket with a 3BB adsl connection !

On Saturday I watched both big Rugby matches without any problem ....................

Which VPN are you using ?

This morning its slightly better, the engineer ?, from TOT has just been,

did a speed test with the 3BB speed test,TOTs must be no good.left saying

they will check something their end.but I can stream BBC and others this

morning, but come evening when I want it who knows.

Wonder when/if the single gateway is going to come into force,as I am sure

thats going to cause a lot of problems, for everyone.will they tell us,doubt it.
