I need some help as I am filling I - 130 form. There is a question in the form as I mentioned above, Please tel me what to do here?

I am a US citizen now as I migrated to US 9 years ago. I am applying for my wife but got stuck in this question. What should I mark in this situation?

1. __ Parents. Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your own name?

2. __ Yes. Give certificate number, date and place of issuance. (Should I mark yes and give my certificate number, date and place of issuance)

3. __ No (Or I have to mark no)

Please help me ASAP

Do you have a naturalization certificate in your name?

Are your parents naturalized US citizens?

I moved with my parents, But I never got citizen through them.

I got it all myself.

In that case you should check "Naturalization" and insert your certificate number etc..

Cuz I was 18 and over

And yes I checked "Naturalization" and inserted my certificate number.

But what to do with the next field.

That mean here I have to go with yes and should insert my details. Am I right?

You only check one of the options (line 2 of the question say so):-

Birth

Naturalization

Parents

Leave Birth and Parents unchecked.

I would check No there for parents and leave all under that blank

I would be wary of checking more than one option when the instructions clearly state "check one".
