Can anyone please tell me what the current annual fees are for the TrueVision Platinum package and the ?Gold HD package.

It depends which promotion you use, but standard prices are

Plat: 2155.15 THB per month

Gol: 1568.12 THB per month

I just paid Baht 9040 for six months of Gold package. As said above, when you do an annual sub you get 13 months.

Be aware that if you do the annual package but have to cancel for some reason during the 13 months there is no pro-rated refund.

Caveat emptor...

You might want to consider what happens if they get the premiership back; I would assume they will redo their packages.

I do automatic transfers of 1568.12 Baht on the 25th of the month and checked my statements = all was in order.

I tried talking to a guy at their call center (in reasonable English) only to receive mumbo jumbo from him that did not make sense other than the fact they had received my payments BUT we were in arrears???? I lost my cool. TW spoke to him.

She tells me the Gold package charges had gone up in February to some 1850 Baht. I checked their site here it clearly states 1568.12 Baht.

Do you maybe have an extra outlet from them, that could explain the price difference. I only pay them when their bill arrives and then the exact amount which is stated on that bill.

If you have a current subscription they can't increase the price, the new price would be for new subscribers.

One would think after more than 15 years of 'harmonous', legal marriage to a Thai female you would have em worked out = WRONG!!!

Turns out someone from their 'Call Centre' phoned TW in mid Feb with a PROMOTION giving her some extra channels to the 'Gold Package' for about 200 Baht a month and she accepted on my behalf.

No need to proceed further --- it was sorted and I took the costs out of her allowance as a reminder NOT to deal with PHONE TOUTS.
