Electrical Suppliers in Mae Sot

I am working with a group building a hospital near Kawkareik, Myanmar. We are obtaining many of our supplies in Mae Sot. I am wanting to obtain the following items in Mae Sot.

1. Crimping tool for cables 10mm2 and 16mm2. I have a T&B TBM14M hydraulic crimper, so dies code 21, 24, 29 or this range would be useful. I have larger dies already. Borrow or renting preferred.

2. Router or GSM router compatible with Myanmar cell service - where to obtain? I am planning to try to get in Kawkareik, Myanmar. Advice on suppliers and cell plans would be appreciated.

3. Small diesel fuel transfer pump, 24VDC. Low flow rate is fine. To fill diesel engine day tank from a larger storage tank.

I would like to find the names and connections to businesses and suppliers of commercial grade electrical supplies.

We have already installed 28kW peak of solar panels, 80kW diesel generator. We are going to be at the site April 28 to May 10 to install the storage batteries and commission the system.
