Hi, just been to Banglamung district office to get a Kor Ror 11 to renew my Dependency visa, it seems they have changed the rules and I need to go to the British embassy to verify my passport then to the thai ministry to get it stamped.

Has anyone got any experience on this matter?

There is no "dependency visa" and I do not know what a Kor Ror eleven (11) actually is.

Can you explain ?

A dependency visa is a visa which states you look after you child/ children, im renewing my visa, to renew the visa you need a kor ror 11. 3 of my friends have the kor ror 11 but they made the document 2-3 years ago when it was alot simpler.

I need to verify my passport at the British embassy then go to the thai ministry, im just wondering if anyone has been through the process.

Last year I got a 12 month visa for having a Thai child, this year I want to renew that visa but to do this you need a document called a Kor Ror 11. I went to the district office today thinking it would be a simple process, but its not. They're telling me I need to go to the embassy to get my passport verified, then I need to go to the thai ministry (I think it's the ministry but could of got it mixed up in translation) to then get the verified copy of my passport stamped.

I think this is correct but not 100%, that's why im after some guidance.

Thanks for your replies.
