Hi there,

I purchased a smart phone from Chiang Mai's Power Buy about a week ago and it has stopped working as it no longer will turn on! I'm a Canadian travelling and I'm already in Laos and can't seem to locate my receipt. Is there any way for me to get a new receipt? Also, do you know Power Buy's refund policy?

Regarding the Warranty/Refund. You see it pretty much the standard Thailand merchant warranty of 7 days...after that you deal with the manufacturer/service center. See below link for full details.

Regarding the Receipt. Although below from the PowerBuy website is talking the detail receipt/tax receipt, I expect the same answer applies for a typical receipt...that is, contact the store you bought it from. The detail tax reciept is always good to get for many items as it a larger, clearer receipt versus the simple cash register receipt that fades so quickly

Where should I contact if I want to change a detail on my tax invoice?
Answer: Please contact the Power Buy store that you have made a purchase.
