thai3 Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 I hate American ice cream, it's soft sloppy overpriced muck. The local Thai product at 10-20 baht a scoop is far superior
Bantex Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 Some people would line up for the opening of a phone booth. We used to have a local politician back home years ago who would have attended the opening of a book if he thought someone had a camera. New competition is always welcome in any market as it make the others take note of what customers want and it may start a price war or should that be the Cold War?
Deserted Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 Personally think baskin robbins is better NOT Svensens of course/

The local Thai product at 10-20 baht a scoop is far superior That's a rather daft statement. There is high quality American ice cream and also high quality Thai ice cream. Direct price comparisons are kind of silly though when you're talking about imported anything. BTW, in the U.S. market Ben and Jerry's is definitely considered higher quality than Baskins and Robbins, but Ben and Jerry's isn't really super premium level either. I find Ben and Jerry's similar to the New Zealand Natural brand but Ben and Jerry's is known for really BIG chunks of stuff.

That's too idiotic for me to stomach. Ignore list time.
