Football and rugby

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where one can watch the Euro 2016 football and Wales v NZ in Bangkok live, either at home or in a bar. I believe the rugby coverage starts at 2.35pm on Saturday Thai time.

Regards,

Mark

Pretty much every western, Aussie pub i would expect.

Robin Hood, Soi 8, Aussie Bar, Sportsman, Hanranhans, Mollies, Clubhouse etc etc

The rugby is on Setanta channel 669 i think so you can watch it at home.

It's all on the Football Forum...scroll down to community forums.

Can anyone recommend a bar in Bangkok Suk area, that is staying open for the 0200hrs Kick Offs and showing all of the game?

Many thanks

The Royal Oak Sukhumvit 33/1 after the Robin Hood and the Dubliner best bar for football in Bangkok! wai2.gif

Pickled Liver soi 7/1 along with Robin Hood are my choices for watching football.

Thanks MyFrenU and berybert for your recommendations for watching football.

My main concern is will they be open for the Euro 2016 games that start at 0200hrs?

Has the Dubliner reopened yet? Last time i was in that area, it was closed.

i beieve the Royal Oak is open late and recall seeing some premier league games there after the Robin Hood had shut.

Always worth popping in there and asking.

Not sure about the Pickled Liver tho I would expect it to be open because Nick the manager is a big football fan.

Wont have chance to pop in anywhere and ask as arriving to Bangkok around midnight. Didn't want to be going from bar to bar to see who's open or maybe getting asked to leave at half-time and then having to find another bar!

I thought i would ask here and hope that a member could confirm.
