i saw a very touchingly Thai music video on TV the other night and i would very much like to see it again.

But i do not know the artist or the name of the song. Maybe someone of you knows. The video went like this:

A very sad, old, poor, weak and worn out woman, long grey hair, living in the streets, she lost her son when he was still a child, she lives many hardships in the streets, has to search for food in the rubbish bins, always thinking about her lost baby child, in between always memories coming to her mind of the time when she held her baby in her arms, towards the end of the song she gets reunited with her lost son, who is now a man in his thirties already.

Maybe you know the name of the artist and song and a link to the video. That would be great.
