What a bright idea!

Once you understand, that this airline sucks, you're moving in the right direction.

Technical faults can happen and fixing them is in the interest of all. Having a back-up aircraft is not always an option - understood as well.

Yet TG always managed to screw it up completely by not informing passengers or disembarking for refreshments and toilets. I, for one, have not flown TG in years for many reasons and, given the choice on the internet alone you usually have alternatives these days.

I hope this incident gets reported to ICAO AND FAA which will seal Thai Airways fate for the problems they have. A FUEL leak and passengers remain on board insane , that would be a major law suit in the West.

Please read the updated news story. The passengers had to disembark while the leak problem was sorted.
