BANGKOK: -- Jyb isn’t merely male. He’s an alpha male. Ragged claw marks are tattooed beneath his shredded pecs. It lends the impression that he wrestled with a jaguar and won.

Jyb’s abs, biceps and boy band-worthy smile certainly set him apart from most guys. But the 27-year-old Bangkok model and fitness instructor owes much of his social media stardom to the fact that he’s a transgender man.

And in Thailand, Jyb says, it’s never been a better time to be young, male and trans.

“In Thailand, acceptance for trans people has really shot up in the last five years,” says Jyb, whose full name is Phanyapad Maha-Udomporn. “Of course, you have old-fashioned thinkers who still say it’s wrong. But very few people from the young generation think this way.”

Thailand, perhaps more than any other nation, is known for its vibrant and visible transgender population. But the spotlight is mostly fixed on trans women, often crudely labeled “ladyboys,” who delight tourists in cabaret shows.

They form a penis using the female parts also take skin from the inner arm and a pump up inflation device. The clitorus forms part of the penis head.

I can't imagine it gets very big but probably bigger than some of the tossers on this forum.

So if there is a man and a woman both wanting sex reassignement operations, why not swap the sex organs over. If kidneys, liver, lungs and hearts can be transplanted, why can't sex organs? What's the point having a penis that you need to inflate. Come on medical scientists, we want real sex organs.

But when a male wants to make a vagina, they basically gut his penis and invert it, it's not cut off.

If they can grow an ear on a mouses back, I can't see why they can't grow a vagina.......but let's face it, if they do that women will probably become of less interest to men and sales of mice will go through the roof. You could have cages full of them, all sorts of vaginas, cheap up keep and if one gave you trouble you could just throw it to the cat.

Have you heard of Google? You type in the search and wham bam, there's the answer.

Nothing new either as the inflatable approach is a tried and true alternative for those males who have had ED arising from prostate cancer surgery. Ask some of the old guys sitting at the beer bars if anyone has one. Chances are someone does.

Both and often implants. Keep in mind that there are cosmetic features provided such as lifts etc.

Sadly all those hormones and steroids catch up with the users. Higher incidence of cancer, renal, hepatic and circulatory disease.
