Is this for home? The aircon people use it, but you rarely see it on water pipe. There is a pretty big blue pipe seller on the north inside of the moat, about 100m from the NE corner, but I would say 40/60. If you can ask in Thai or show a picture, they may help you.

both can be purchased at a huge hardware/plumbing/welding shop on Charon Muang street (huge open frontage showing products etc;), 1 block up from the Tunghotel intersection and on your right as you pass the train depot- also across the street from that shop but back 30 meters(on the corner of a soi)
