XIAOMI MI5

Featured Replies

Hello, I am thinking about purchasing a Xiaomi Mi5, would like to know if any of you guys have experience with Xiaomi smartphones, please let me know if you were pleased with their products,. Thanks

Xiaomi phones are pretty good. in fact i have been using them for the past three years. no issues at all.

I just bought a MI5 few days back. very good phone. but for me i needed a slightly bigger size . this is only 5.1. I am not able to read things clearly due to my poor eyesight.

I may sell this. If you are located in pattaya you may call me at 0809740862. thanks.

How much?

Thanks for the response Excellfriend, I am in Issan, but just ordered from Lazada. I too am use to larger screen smartphones,5.2-5.7. Hoping It will be alright for me. But still have two 5.5 inch smartphones around. S7 Edge and P9 plus. Thanks for the offer.

MIUI is terrible. Lots of bugs (especially in sync of google contacts). Lots of missing features from Android 5.1 and Android 6.0

I find MIUI quirky but very smooth on my Xiaomi Note 2. In another recent thread another poster mentioned he switched to Google Launcher and likes it more.

Whats missing? To me there seems more features, permission control (more granular than 6.0) faster updates (already got June google security patch) better background process control.

Whats not to like.
