Viagra no longer works for me, and I'm not willing to have surgery. My doctor says that a penile vacuum pump would be a good option, but he also says that hospitals and pharmacies in Thailand don't carry them. I'm thinking of ordering one from the states, and I wondered if anyone else has had experience in importing one of these devices. There are two concerns that I've thought of:

1. Thai customs will assume it's some sort of plastic sex toy, and confiscate it upon entry

2. Thai customs will see the price, and want to charge a huge import duty

Or, am I over thinking this?

You left out the thitd and most lijely scenario which is that customs will have no idea what it is and hence how to handle it and the courier will compketely botch the clearance process.

Good chance of avoiding all this if you can get it shipped by regukar air mail, no courier.

Thank you! That's what I was hoping to hear. I did check eBay for Andro Vacuum, but it seems to be exactly the same as Pos-T-Vac model (from Amazon.com), at nearly twice the price.
