I'm coming to Samui from the 8th of Dec untill the 23rd of Dec and I would like to rent a house with a pool.

Anyone out there know of a house that available.

I can pay upto 4000++ Baht per night maybe more if the house is in a good location

I think Boltd confuses people with including the phrase "up to" and then ++ after the amount. either you are willing to pay a maximum of 4000 baht (which is what "up to" means) or you are willing to pay a minimum of 4000 baht (which is what "++" means)

I thought "up to 4000 ++" meant up to 4000 plus service charge plus VAT i.e. THB4700 approx.

..about 2 k out of the city center - towards nathon - tempel gate - and another 200 m to drive on the left from 13.000 a month - the lot.
