tropo
Hii've just got a 1 year lease in central park 2, i have a land line connection already, can anyone give details about setting up broadband DSL, what the costs are also Maybe this is a bit late and you've already connected however: You can choose between TOT, TT&T, CSLoxinfo and CAT. TT&T seems to be the fastest to connect, and TOT the most difficult of the above. I have TT&T. Went to the office at Carrefour (2nd floor and open until 10 pm every night). Chose my speed (I pay 1000 baht per month for 1024), gave them a photocopy of my passport ID page and entry stamp (I only had a visa exempt 30 day stamp at the time...and that was ok)...signed the contract (you can chose 6 months or 12 months). With the 12 month contract there was zero deposit and I got a free modem and the first month free. I was surprised that they required zero money upfront, and I didn't pay anything until I'd used my second month. They gave me a date it would be connected by 10 days after signing, but it was ready after 2 days.
