AIS Fibre down?

Featured Replies

Is anyone's AIS fibre not working in the On Nut BTS area?

I can 'connect' as normal but nothing will load.

Phoning the helpline doesnt seem to be working either so I guess I'll have to trot down to the shop.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I'm regretting signing up to a year with them now, it's slow enough as it is.

Check you DNS settings..  As an experiment, use 8.8.8.8 which is google's dns.  It might be a DNS server issue.

I am in onnut 46 and on 3bb fiber. Since yesterday the connection is down. Red light on router. Good luck I have dtac 4g.
