I feel ashamed, because all other Farangs apparently go to Pattaya for the Temples, the climate (finnish sauna) and the pristine clean beaches. Ashes on my head. Cheers. Read the article in the link about San Francisco and maybe it will sink in. For example, San Franciscans BY OTHER SAN FRANCISCANS are expected to hate Fisherman's Wharf because it's a cheesy tourist trap. That's very well defined. What's expected of Pattaya expats BY OTHER PATTAYA EXPATS is definitely more ambiguous. Which may really be the reason this thread is a dud ... but it's here for people to play with if they like. It's not for non-Pattaya people that have their own twisted impressions of what Pattaya expats are like. So Pattaya expats, what do you think are the EXPECTATIONS that Pattaya expats have about each other? That's an opinion. Very simplistically Jt I don't expect anything of other Pattaya expats any more as otherwise I would probably be continually disappointed and let down However everybody has an opinion and who is to say what is right or wrong....... What we care about a bit is what you are like now: are you decent, not a mooch, we don't want to hear about your paid for conquests, braggarts, etc. If you are a child molester or some other active criminal type, we may turn you in.
