90 days report by post

Is the national information form now a must for 90 days by post, has anybody recently  sent  a report and been succeed  with out sending the said form

I've done a couple of 90-day reports without the new form. Along with the receipts immigration included a new 90-day form but not the new information form. When I went to immigration last week to do a retirement extension, I had to fill out the new information form.

Appears as if it is only required if you are submitting applications for anything in person/via agency at immigration offices.

 

By post it wasn't required for recent application and online their is no facility so basically confirms what a farce it actually is.

Did my 90 days report by post last month. No information form sent, everything went fine as usual...

IMHO don't worry and do it as usual.

Posted mine last week and back in 48 hours...no extra information form.

Same here. Posted last Friday without "That Form" and returned with the receipt and blank form within 72 hours. Friends who have been in person to Promenada in the last two weeks report that when filling in "That Form" staff have not even wanted all questions answered. Perhaps it will disappear in the fulness of time!
