Cannt delete emails

Loxinfo is my service provider & this a copy of email sent to them "I use Loxinfo webmail for checking my emails but now when select delete the normal message pops up which says “purge deleted” but about 3 days ago the messages get deleted without having to click purge deleted. I then open Outlook 2007 & all the deleted emails appear in my inbox. I now cannot delete those messages from Outlook. Please advise."

I am not sure if the blame lies with them. I cannot do a system restore since there was no existing restore point. Any ideas would be helpful. Thx.

this is not a fix to your problem but it would be a fix for future problems!

 

I worked technical support for many years for ISPs and every time I had a "my email don't work" call I literally wanted to hit my head on the desk

 

so, protip: drop the ISP email, they are trash. get yourself a gmail, hotmail, yahoo or any free popular email service and Mozilla Thunderbird (or you can keep using Outlook but bleh!) and never look back

 

never had one single issue with my Gmail since I got my invitation for it 12 years ago.
