hp x360 pavilion 11-n000eo blank screen...

Featured Replies

Hi there,

I have a very annoying problem with my 2+1 HP x360.

I installed from scratch Windows 10. Everything went smoothly and seems to work but screen remains blank when I boot or start it first time. When I press power button 2nd time everything starts to work incl display.

I bought it 2nd hand product and sdd was empty so I dont what kind of symptoms it had before....

Any ideas... Thank you in advance!

I put a new bios version on it and everything seems to work now perfectly!

Try using HP's support tools. You didn't provide enough info regarding model so I can't link to the support page for it directly but you should be able to find it from here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/products/

Thank you for the link.

I already found a proper HP tool for this pc. And it was very useful since it found three updated drivers ;)

Cheers
