While I cant vouch for him, we ¹have a cafe and have had the same issues. They are used to just walking in and going to the beer fridge and taking whatever beer they plan to drink without asking or saying anything. While some are trying to pull a fast one, many are just doing what they do back home as thats what they are used to doing. After I talked to them it hasn't happened again but I've seen it at other resturaunts. They have zero cultural awareness and their demeanor comes off arrogantly probably as thats what life is like at home. -
