I was in UK recently and purchased a watch from what appeared to be a very reputable online reseller who was page 1 of google in top 3-5 listings and had a great deal on a watch I needed to buy.

 

The store had a Google Certified shops badge.

 

I found a problem with watch and given the circumstances I could not resolve directly with reseller and made this point to google when I actioned my Google certified shops guarantee.

 

They mailed me back within 2 day offering me a full refund and no request for any information whatsoever or even a return of the item.

 

Anybody dealt with them and is this normal protocol?

 

Any feedback from users is appreciated.
