The house is set in wonderful gardens which are looked after by the gardner free of charge. The house has 2 large bedrooms, kitchen, living room and indoor/ourdoor dining area and large balcony and seating area. The house is exceptionally well looked after and is fully furnished to a very high standard inc bed linen, pots pans etc. It also has UBC and 1mb ADSL. The rent for long term is 25k per month and our present lease runs our in September 2007. The house is located 5 mins from the beach in Choeng Mon and is set in 20 rai of land with no noise from any roads at all. Theer are 7 houses in total on the land and all are occupied by long term farrangs from the UK, Holland and Spain. The house is available immediately.
