Cheapest FRONT BEACH (not just sea view) hotel room bungalow apartment condo that you found in Thailand ?

I would like to know what is the best price for the cheapest front beach room / apartment / bungalow that you have found in Thailand ?

Please no 1 km away sea view room, only real front bach with no more than few meters to the sea / sand.

Was it long time ago or is it still available ?

350 thb/night at Ko Chang-still available until November then the prices increase.  Just use Google or go there and have a look near Lonely Beach.

Koh chang, white sand beach has some only to reach by the beach places. Last time I stayed there was 4 years ago for only 200 bht a night

The best place for me was Koh Samet 1400 per night.

 

Be of loaded question but millions of places in Thailand on beaches best choose some places then google it.

Back in 1989 I paid 25 baht a night for a bungalow on the beach at Koh Chang...

Lots on Samui from 299 baht a night .... never changes with the seasons.... always same same! 

Not hard to find on west side and northwest  sides of Koh Phangan either.
